PRIVATE LESSONS

Private Yoga Lessons are the perfect way to individualize and customize your yoga practice to meet the client’s (your) overall goals and needs. They are fantastic for working through body damage, learning proper alignment and how to prevent injuries, achieving advanced poses, or for simply creating a yoga routine that will perfectly match your capacity and goals. They are also great for beginners who would like to learn the basics and feel more confident attending group classes. Private lessons with me can be set up as a one-time class, or on an on-going basis.

GROUP CLASSes

Group Yoga Classes are a great way to share and explore technique and movement while we build upon the collective energy in the room. We can develop more strength and awareness when we work together through movement and breath in the motivating atmosphere of a group class. I have been trained in the Vinyasa Yoga format and this style currently informs the way I teach all formats. I currently teach Flow and Sculpt classes for Wellbee Yoga and would love to have you join me for a class; your first class is free! Feel free to contact me for more information.
