I am a yoga instructor that believes that movement is medicine and that through moving our bodies freely and intuitively we can release, heal, and grow. In the beginning part of my life, I struggled with the flexibility aspect of yoga, but was drawn to the spiritual side that other exercise forms lacked. After practicing for seven years, I enrolled in and completed my first 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 with renowned Yoga Instructor and Yoga Therapist Ashley McKeachie and I have been teaching Vinyasa Flow classes since graduating from the program. I have also recently incorporated Yoga Sculpt classes into my teaching scope. Each class I have taught, practice I have done, and student I have encountered have all helped me to become the teacher, student, and the person that I am today. I feel eternally grateful for the road that the practice of yoga is taking me on.
